You had done so much work to make the dish healthy, low cost, good looking and can reach millions of people to feed them and make them healthier and happier.
You had done so many live tests by giving a sample to hundreds of people and collected their feedback.
Most of the feedback is disappointing and you tried to give up many times.
But…
The trust and love you had towards your dish and the people keeping you moving forward.

Now, you began to work on the negative feedback you have received and you worked very hard to make it better day by day.

Your heart is beating beyond limits when they are taking the dish towards their mouth.
They have eaten it and looked at you with different emotions in their eyes and you are looking at them as an American watching Korean series without subtitles.
Then they began to discuss among themselves and your legs were shivering and you are trying to wear a smiley mask on your face.
And…
They called you to come near.
Now you are trying to move step by step feeling like a marathon runner just ran 10 miles non-stop.
Now…
They have opened their mouth.
Now, your body is out of control shivering more and your heartbeat is at its maximum range.
Then, they started their speech with the word “nice”.
Boom!.
Now, everything coming in control.
They have said to you that your dish is good.
But, you have to do a few corrections to it.
Finally, they approved your dish as healthy and good for your customers.
Now, you feel like a bomb going to explode with happiness.
But, as you are in front of professionals you will hold that excitement and …
You will say “thank you”.
Then, you will run back into the kitchen and shout eureka!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In front of the exhaust pipe such that your sound will reach the sky and keep your customers do not freak out.
Now… It’s time to rock.
You will put a huge poster in front of your restaurant and post social media posts about your dish and…
You will feel proud while you are adding your dish to your menu.
It is a wonderful feeling. Isn’t it?.
Now, your customers will try your dish and becomes a huge fan of it.
